In 2016, I had the privilege of leading a delegation from Nepal to participate in an educational exchange program hosted by the Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka. This program aimed to foster collaboration and share best practices between educational administrators and principals from Nepal and Sri Lanka. Our delegation comprised representatives from the Ministry of Education, Nepal, along with educational leaders from over 30 districts across Nepal. This enriching experience facilitated a mutual exchange of innovative educational strategies, enhancing the educational landscape in both countries.
